Ducted Heat Pump
A Ducted Air Conditioning unit is capable to maintain a well-regulated healthy temperature in your home. Also known as a central unit. All units are reverse cycle unit which means it will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. The air is distributed through a series of ducts throughout your home commonly in bedrooms and lounge depending on the size or design of your home.
These are great to maintain a comfortable temperature in your home. There are many options with installation of a ducted unit including options of introducing filtered fresh air through your Air conditioning systems. We will visit your home and design a customised solution as per your requirements which can include: the number of vents required, the amount of airflow required, the number of zones (if any) to correctly size the Airconditioning unit.

Healthy Homes Standards
The Government passed the Healthy Homes Guarantee Act 2017 that enables standards to be made to make rental homes warmer and drier. The standards have now been finalised and the healthy homes standars are as:
Heating Standard
There must be fixed heating devices, capable of achieving a minimum temperature of at least 18°C in the living room only. Some heating devices are inefficient, unaffordable or unhealthy and will not meet the requirements under the heating standard.
Ventilation Standard
Ventilation must include openable windows or doors in the living room, dining room, kitchen and bedrooms. Also an appropriately sized extractor fan(s) in rooms with a bath or shower or indoor cooktop.
